Description
A quick release Garmin Varia mount for a round seatposts. 25.4, 27.2, 30.9 and 31.6mm options are available. The stock mount from Garmin works, but it’s heavy (35g) and quite bulky. So I designed this low profile amount which weights less than half as much (14g with Garmin insert and oring for a 27.2mm model) and has a much lower profile. It is the minimum possible thickness while still using a standard replaceable Garmin insert (secured by 2 m3x8mm screws). In use, it feels super solid and has far less movement than that original mount.
Uses a 32mm od x 3.5mm thickness oring to attach to the seatpost.
Includes the 3d printed mount, Garmin insert (installed), and the oring. I’m also including an optional strip of paint protection tape to go around your seatpost where the mount sits.
I can also design custom mounts for proprietary seatposts in some cases, reach out if you have something you want made.

Bought this mount in replacement of the stock Garmin Varia mount. This mount works so much better! It’s low profile and it does not move at all on the seat post unlike the stock mount. Product is exactly as described. I’d highly recommend this if you want to replace the stock garmin mount and continue to mount on your seat post
