Ultralight Trekking Pole Massage Roller

The ultralight trekking pole massage roller is designed to provide on-the-go muscle relief for hikers at an ultralight weight. Weighing only 25 g, this roller can fit onto any trekking pole. Its compact design allows for easy storage in your pack, ensuring you can enjoy its benefits whenever and wherever needed on the trail. Whether you’re thru-hiking or out on a day hike, this massage roller is your UL solution for on-the-go muscle relief and relaxation.

There are two versions available, depending on the trekking poles that you use. If you use collapsible trekking poles with at least 1 removable section, you can use the “One Part” option. This version is a solid cylinder and does not come apart. To install it, simply remove the pole section, slide the roller on, and use it to target key pressure points and alleviate muscle tension and soreness during or after your hike.

If you use poles without a removable section, such as Z-style poles, you can use the “two-part model.” This version has two halves that slide together and fasten with a click as shown in the video.

There are four sizes available that fit pole sections with 12, 14, 16, and 18 mm diameters. If you have a pole with a different diameter, send me a message and I can make a custom version that fits.
