Shipping

Shipping products from Canada can be really expensive, especially within Canada. To try and minimize the cost of shipping as much as possible, I am using Chit Chats and Stallion Exprress as my primary shipping providers. For packages within Canada and the US, they often cost half as much as shipping via Canada Post, while being faster and providing tracking. For more information about their service, their website is here: https://chitchats.com/en. I’ve been having trouble integrating their shipping rates into my e-commerce platform, so I’m using flat rate shipping for the moment. The flat rate prices are the average price I get charged and are listed below in Canadian Dollars:

Canada: $10 CAD

United States: $8 CAD

United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Jamaica, Netherlands, New Zealand: $14 CAD

If you are anywhere else in the world, Chit Chats won’t ship to you so I’m using Canada Post.

Taxes and Duties

I will be rewriting this section as soon as there is a little more clarity on the Canada – US tariff situation. In the meantime if you place an order that I expect there to be an issue with, I will reach out to you before shipping your order.

Returns and Refunds

My goal is to have 100% happy customers, and I work hard to ensure that any issues are resolved promptly. If you have an issue with your order, whether it’s the day it arrives or a year later, please send me an email and I will do what I can to resolve the issue. If an item arrives damaged or the issue arises in the first 30 days, I will either send out a replacement or issue a refund.

If you are simply unhappy with the product and it is not defective, I am happy to accept a return, however you will be responsible for return shipping and the initial shipping cost is non refundable.

Past 30 days, any issues will be resolved on a case by case basis, with the typical resolution being a replacement item/component shipped to you for the cost of postage.
